I like the taste of Pleurotus eryngii, so I also like to do it in different ways. Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Shred the mushrooms.
Step3:Green pepper, dried pepper and chopped garlic.
Step4:Pour some oil into the pot and stir fry the mushrooms.
Step5:Until the dried mushrooms are full of water.
Step6:Pour in the right amount of oil and stir fry the dried ginger, garlic and chilli to make it fragrant.
Step7:Pour in green pepper and stir fry.
Step8:Pour in the mushrooms and stir fry.
Step9:Add 1 spoon salt, half spoon chicken essence, half spoon thirteen spices, half spoon pepper and two spoons soy sauce for seasoning.
Step10:Stir fry again.
