Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Boil dried beans in boiling water. Cut into small piece

2. 

   Step2:After blanching the Malan head (put some oil in the blanching process to keep the color), squeeze out the water slightly and cut it into pieces

3. 

   Step3:Mix dried beans with Malan head. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well.
