All of a sudden, the overseas party wanted to eat the fried pork chop made by Dad. So it moved quickly.
Step1:Wash pork chops and dry them with kitchen paper. Loosen them with knife back or small hammer.
Step2:A little salt and pepper and cooking wine. I used freshly ground lemon black pepper. Marinate for a while.
Step3:Spread flour on both sides.
Step4:Dip both sides in the beaten egg mixture.
Step5:Cover both sides with chaff.
Step6:Heat the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is 60% hot, fry the pork chops in it. Light the fire. Golden yellow on both sides. Drain.
Step7:Deep fry again. Drain. The pork chop is partially fried.
Step8:Curry part - heat oil in hot pot. Add carrot and potato pieces. Stir fry and pour in proper water. Stir again. Add milk (add a little flour to the milk). Add soy sauce, salt and curry powder. Stew over low heat. If you think the juice is not thick enough, add the water mixed with raw powder. Put out the pot and dish.
Cooking tips:For the curry part, you can use clear water instead of milk, and add coconut milk slightly. It will be more fragrant. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
