Step1:Wash lamb chops. Cut onion, carrot and yellow pepper.
Step2:Marinate the spareribs with red wine, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic for 10 minutes.
Step3:Preheat the oven 200 degrees in advance. Melt the butter on the baking plate. Spread onion shreds, carrots and pepper slices on top of the lamb chops. Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
