Step1:Rinse mandarin fish. Cut fish. Marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Step2:Put the marinated fish on a plate. Add ginger, garlic, Thai pepper and cut into sections. Add onion, cooking wine and salt to the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
Step3:After 10 minutes, pour out the soup. Add steamed fish and soy sauce and steam for another 5 minutes.
