Step1:Raw materials: 1500g grass carp, 300g tofu skin, 300g rape, 2 tablespoons Pixian bean paste, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 onion, 1 ginger garlic, 1 white wine, 1 egg, 1 pepper, 1 starch, 2 sesame oil, 50g red pepper and 1 salt.
Step2:Wash the grass carp. Remove the meat along the fish bone. Cut it into slices. Use white wine, egg white, salt, pepper and starch to mix.
Step3:Hot pot. Sesame oil. Stir fry bean skin and rape. Put them in a bowl.
Step4:Stir fry Pixian bean paste in cold oil. Add in pepper, cinnamon, cumin and pepper. Stir in fish bone and fish head. Stir until discolored.
