Step1:Soak the hair of Tremella. Sprinkle it into small pieces for use. A handful of lotus seeds. Right amount of crystal sugar. A handful of Lycium barbarum. Three gardenias are washed and soaked in saltwater.
Step2:Boil the tremella with water, add the lotus rice, turn to low heat, and boil for about 30 minutes.
Step3:With sugar. Boil until saccharified. The soup is thick.
Step4:Add wolfberry. Sprinkle the gardenias into the filigree. Cook for another 2 minutes.
