Step1:Add water to the pot. Add water to 2/3 of the pot and add seasoning bag.
Step2:Add in the brine. It's stated above. 4 parts of water and 1 part of brine. I don't need so much. I used about 100 ml of 410 ml brine. But the water I added is far more than 400 ml. I specially measured 1000 ml. so you can taste it after adding the brine. The salinity is almost good. The salt is not good. It doesn't matter if it's light. You can eat it with seasoning. No need to add anything else. Sugar and soy sauce are all in the brine.
Step3:Add the eggs. Don't change the fire. Because when the fire burns, the eggs will burst easily. There is no shape. Light for 10 minutes.
Step4:Take out the egg in 10 minutes. Peel off the shell. You see. It's very smooth.
Step5:In order to make the eggs taste better, use a knife to slowly cut a two centimeter deep hole on the eggs.
Step6:Put it back in the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step7:Out of the pot. In a big container. The taste of brine egg is not burnt in. The key is to let the taste soak in. So is the egg. So it's better to do it in the evening. Put it in the next morning.
