Cooking Steps

   Step1:Wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms. Remove the shiitake feet. Prepare seasonin

   Step2:Cut the cross flower on the surface of the mushroom with a knife.

   Step3:Put the mushrooms in a large bowl. Sprinkle salt evenly first. Shake well. Then sprinkle cumin powder, pepper powder and black pepper powder and mix well. Finally, pour in olive oil and mix well.

   Step4:Drain into the baking tray. Put into the middle layer of the preheated oven. Bake at 220 ℃ for about 15 minutes.
