Step1:Wash beef brisket and cut into 23cm cubes. Blanch to remove fishiness. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut pepper, ginger and garlic into shreds.
Step2:When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, pepper, stir fry. Add beef brisket, stir fry. Add 3 ice cubes. Cooking wine, old soy sauce, stir fry until the meat is oily. Add broth (water is also OK). Cover and simmer. (it can also be pressed in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes. )Add potatoes to the beef brisket when it is medium cooked. Continue to stew until the potatoes are soft and waxy. Before starting the pot, add some salt, pepper and chicken essence.
