Step8:Whisk 3 albumen and 35g sugar to 8 minutes foaming state. Mix well with green Matcha batter. Pour it into the baking paper with the pattern of panda. After the application is smooth, knock twice gently. Put it into the middle layer of the oven. Bake for about 10 minutes until the surface is not sticky, and then take it out.
