Step1:Wash the yam. Scrape off the skin with a scraper. Cut into hobs.
Step2:Wash the dates. Set aside.
Step3:Put the cut yam and jujube in a big bowl. Put some white sugar (if you like to eat sweet, you can put more sugar) and a little cooking oil in it (the purpose of putting oil is to make the Steamed Yam fragrant drops). Mix well.
