Today's steamed bread is made in a fermentation way. It's very simple, time-saving and labor-saving. There are still some differences between the north and the south. People in the south like to eat sweet steamed bread. They like adding sugar. People in the North don't like adding sugar. Adding sugar or not will not affect the finished product. But the taste is different. I can feel it if I try. I'm worried about too much sugar if I don't put sugar. Although I'm very thin, I should pay attention to my diet 。 Little baby wakes up. The steamed bread just comes out of the pot. I see it crying. Little baby pig. Little baby pig. I eat it. I make four out of the pot. Little baby takes one of them. I pat it. One of them is gone. Another one is taken away. They eat it and say it's delicious-
Step1:Add 50g of warm water, yeast and sugar to mix well. Add flour and stir with chopsticks to form floccules. Then knead into smooth dough. I kneaded for about seven or eight minutes. I want to steam out smooth steamed bread. This step is very smooth.
Step2:No need to ferment. Today we use one ferment to make steamed bread. Save time. Divide the dough into 15g and mix it with a little red koji powder. The rest are divided into four parts. Each is about 34g. (cover the whole process with plastic film to prevent dryness)
Step3:Add 15 grams of dough to a small toss and throw in red koji powder. Not too much. It's red when it's steamed. Too little can't be weighed by the electronic scale. If you ask me how many grams, about 0.1g of 0.1g. Ha ha. It can only be estimated
Step4:Round the white dough with exhaust gas. This is the body of the pig (be sure to exhaust in place. Otherwise, the steamed bread surface is not smooth
Step5:Now let's start to make nose - roll the pink dough into thin slices. Press out the circle with a small flower mounting mouth and pierce two holes with chopsticks as shown in the figure. Stick it to the white dough with water
Step6:Make ears - cut the pink dough into long strips and then into triangles. Hold the triangles diagonally as shown in the figur
Step7:Paste the ears and nose on the body with water as shown in the pictur
Step8:Take a small piece of pink dough and twist it up. Roll it up. Paste it up with water. The blush is pressed out of the round with a straw. Stick it up. Cut the bow into a rectangle. Clip it in the middle with the chopsticks. Paste it up
Step9:Do it all right. Put it in the steamer and wake up for 2030 minutes. When it's twice as big, don't ferment too much. When it's steamed out, it's too swollen and ugly. (in winter, open fire and heat the water for a few minutes. This can speed up the fermentation.
Step10:Good fermentation. Turn to medium heat and steam until 1518 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep it cool for three minutes and open the lid (the water in my steamer is dripping badly, so put a cloth under it to absorb water. This way, the shape that has been worked hard and well can be avoided. It will not look good when steamed out due to water dripping
Step11:How delicious baby is when she wakes u
Step12:Take it out. Put the black sesame paste in the mounting bag. Cut a little bit and draw your eyes
Step13:There are four in total. One is taken away by the baby when leaving the pot. One is patted and another is taken away. Ha h
Cooking tips:1. If you want to steam out the bread with smooth surface, you must knead the dough smoothly. Knead it for about seven or eight minutes. And then exhaust it. If there is air in it, it must not be smooth. 2. If the steamer drips water, it is recommended to put a cloth around the steamer to absorb water, so as to avoid unsmooth due to dripping. 3. If you feel sticky, sprinkle some dry powder on the cutting board or touch some oil to prevent sticking. 4. Cover the whole process with fresh-keeping film to prevent water evaporation. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
