Step5:Knead the purple sweet potato puree into small balls.
Step6:Flatten each purple potato ball and wrap it with a piece of sweet potato filling. Gently knead into a ball.
Step7:The cake skin is divided into small evenly sized preparations.
Step8:Flatten the small dosage and wrap it with purple potato stuffing.
Step9:Make the wrapped blank into a cube or cuboid on the chopping board.
Step10:Put a proper amount of oil in the pan. Heat the oil a little and put it in the bean cake blank. Fry over medium and low heat until golden on each side.
