Step1:Wash and peel potatoes and carrots. Cut into small piece
Step2:Put in oil, medium heat, carrots and potatoes, stir fry until half of the cut potatoes turn white
Step3:Add 300ml of water. Cook over high heat for 8 minutes. Until potatoes and carrots softe
Step4:Boil off. Add two pieces of curry. Stir with a spoon until the curry is completely melted
Step5:Put the pot back on the stove again. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes. The curry is sticky and can be served. Pour it on the rice.
Cooking tips:1. Because the curry will become thick and hard to melt when heated, the cooking pot must be kept away from the fire before putting the curry. Stir until the curry melts and then heat it. 2. This is the most basic curry rice. You can put whatever you want in it. Just add in step 2 to make the dishes delicious.
