Step1:Wash the chicken leg. Wash the celery. Cut the cramp. Slice the ginger. Cut the green onion. Cut the dried pepper into small pieces. Set aside.
Step2:Add cooking wine, salt and chili oil to the washed chicken, mix well and marinate to taste.
