Baking is really fun. Since I first tried walnut and grape crisp in the United States last month, I have tried to make pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, banana pie, cake, bean paste bread and so on. One time of success, not only my family is full of praise, but also I am very interested in baking. I immediately bought an oven and baking utensils back home and continued to make them. Today, I tried to make cookies for the first time. Ha ha ha. Sweet and crisp biscuits. Too much Lovely.
Step1:Sift the flour and soda for us
Step2:Warm the milk until the hand temperature is about 40 degrees. Put the yeast powder into the milk and mix well, then pour it into the sifted flour. Then add an egg, sesame powder and oil. Knead the flour evenly by hand. Cover the plastic wrap and put it for 1 hour to let it slightly ferment and relax.
Step3:Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to a very thin crust. Then use the biscuit model to make biscuit blanks one by one.
Step4:Grease the baking tray to prevent sticking. Place the biscuit blanks one by on
Step5:Preheat the oven and put it into the middle layer of biscuit. Heat it up and down for 200 ℃. 15 minutes.
Cooking tips:Ha ha. I forgot to knead the sesame powder in the flour this time. I didn't remember until I kneaded the dough. I kneaded the sesame powder in the dough again, so it didn't look very good. It didn't look very even. But it didn't matter. I didn't care what I did for the first time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
