You can eat it as a salad with bread, or as a small dish with porridge. Don't say anything. You can understand it after you eat it.
Step1:Chop garlic cloves. Peel and chop ginge
Step2:Mix minced garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet and spicy sauce, fresh soy sauce and star anise evenl
Step3:Cut beitofu into 1.5cm square pieces. Blanch them in boiling water for a while. Remove and drain. Put them in a large bowl.
Step4:Pour the sauce evenly on the tofu. Cover the plastic film and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Marinate it to taste. Take it out the next day
Step5:Remove the root of crab mushroom and white jade mushroom and tear them. Remove the root and slice the mushroom. Heat a little oil in the pot. Stir fry mushrooms.
Step6:Then pour in the marinated tofu and stir fry it for a few times to serve
Step7:Turn around and blanch the Dutch beans with the old stems. Put them on the tofu salad. Sprinkle some sesame seeds to decorate them.
Cooking tips:1. Be sure to use salted Beifu. Other soft tofu can't do. 2. Don't use metal utensils when marinating. 3. It's better to turn twice in the middle when marinating. 4. Finally, mix and fry with mushrooms to make all kinds of ingredients mix evenly. So don't over fry. Then tofu will be old and become stir fried. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
