Step1:Cod basically has no spines. It's suitable for the old and the baby. Clean and cut off.
Step2:Tomato slice
Step3:Tofu with internal fat. Blanch in salt water for later use.
Step4:Wrap the COD in egg white. Fry it in oil.
Step5:It's almost done.
Step6:Green and red peppers, scallion, ginger and garlic. A small amount of oil in the pot. Put in the ingredients and stir fry to taste. Add in the fried cod, salt, cooking wine, sugar, oil consumption, soy sauce, stew with boiling water.
Step7:Add tofu and tomato after stewing. Turn it gently during the process. Don't often turn it over and it will break COD and tofu. That's why I didn't cut tofu before. Stew to a blend of flavors.
Step8:Add a small amount of vinegar at last. Thicken the sauce and leave the pot. The fresh cod tofu is nutritious.
