Step5:50g orange puree and 5g gilding tablets. Pour over the frozen mousse. Refrigerate until the surface is frozen
Cooking tips:Orange mousse's orange is very important. The more sour orange, the more sugar you need. The finer the puree, the better. You can also filter it out and make it delicious.
