Step15:Pour mousse solution into a glass. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step16:Now make the mirror. Mix 3 grams of gilding powder with 30 grams of water. Mix well and refrigerate in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, prepare 30 grams of thyme juice.
Step17:Put 30g water, 30g thyme juice and 30g sugar powder into a small milk pot. Boil.
Step18:After cooling, pour in the gelatin and mix well.
Step19:After cooling to a low temperature, pour it on the mousse which has been refrigerated for 3 hours. Continue to refrigerate for 2 hours.
