Step1:1. Boil honey in a large saucepan until it reaches 121 ℃. Gradually pour honey into the egg yolk. Continue beating until it cools down. 2. Melt the gelatine with a small amount of whipped cream (within 700g of the formula). Add it to step 1 and mix. Add the remaining whipped whipped cream and mix well.
Cooking tips:Note - the saucepan for honey must be large and deep. Otherwise, honey will expand to the outside of the pot when boiling. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
