Step4:Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Add in garlic slices. Fry over medium heat until both sides of the chicken breast are slightly yellow. Cook at seven or eight. Set aside
Step5:Another stew pot. Stir fry garlic slices and onion shreds with olive oil. Put in fresh diced tomatoes and canned tomato puree. Stir fry for juice
Step6:Add the fried chicken breast, brown sugar, cover the pot and simmer for 1020 minute
Step7:Cook until tomato sauce is formed. Season with salt, black pepper, white pepper and chopped basil leaves. Turn off the heat and drain
