This cheesecake is simple and tastes super delicate. It looks like tofu. The quantity of the formula can be a 6-inch quantity. -
Step1:I used a square mousse mold. The oiled paper was cut as shown in the picture. The round shape can be directly cut into a bottom circle and a long strip shape to enclose in the mold.
