Hairtail is rich in fat, protein, vitamin A, unsaturated fatty acid, phosphorus, calcium, iron, iodine and other nutrients. It's fried first and then fried with pickled peppers. It's sour, spicy and crispy. -
Step1:Prepare materials as shown in the figure.
