To be honest, I can do this to consume too many nuts in my family. Years ago, I used to make snow flakes as a hand-in-hand gift to my relatives and friends. On the double 11 and double 12, I had a lot of cashew nuts, pistachios, padans and other nuts. In the spirit of not wasting them, I used them to make cereals. I can eat them with yogurt and milk every day. With this, I don't need to buy kalobi any more.
Step1:Prepare all the ingredients. Cut off the nuts for use. For nuts, I used Kaixin kernel, Badan kernel, cashew kernel, pumpkin kernel and almond slice. The dried fruits included cranberry, raisin and banana.
Step2:Put sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup and butter in a basin. Stir in hot water until melted.
Step3:Pour the melted syrup into the cereal and stir well.
Step4:Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven. Heat it up and down. 150 ℃. 40 minutes.
Step5:Pour the nuts into the baking tray. Mix well with the oatmeal and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
Step6:Pour in cornflakes, crispy cereal and dried fruit after being put out of the oven. Mix well and then cool and seal.
Step7:It can be packed in sealed cans. It can also be packed in small bags like this and sealed. It's more convenient to carry.
Step8:A pack of milk and yogurt every day. Add some energy to yourself.
Cooking tips:1. All the nuts I use are cooked, so I only need to bake the oatmeal. The last 10 minutes are put into the Nutcracker to warm the nuts back and make the taste crispy. If I use raw nuts, I need to bake them in advance. 2. Nuts, dried fruits can be adjusted according to their own preferences. 3. Brown sugar is to add color to oatmeal. If maple syrup is not available, honey can be used instead. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
