Step8:Take it out. First cut it into rectangles and then into squares.

Step10:Pour the remaining Hawthorn mud into the baking tray paved with oil paper. Pave about 2mm thick; preheat the oven for 100 ° 10 minutes in advance. Put the paved Hawthorn mud into the upper and lower tubes of the oven for 100 ° 45 minutes (adjust the time according to the personal oven temper). Bake until the surface is not sticky.
Step11:Take it out and cool it. Cut it into a rectangle of 12cm × 10cm. Roll it from the long side to the inside. Finish with the peel of Guodan.
Step12:Slice half the grapefruit. Pour the other half of the juice into the glass.
Step13:Add 1 teaspoon honey and some ice. Pour in 1 can of soda water. *Note - Soda must be poured in slowly. Otherwise, it is not easy to have layered and gradual effect.
