Lose weight
Step1:Prepare. Clean the beans. Remove the head and tail
Step2:Wash the red pepper one by one. Remove the tip. Then slice it across. Then cut it into strips

Step6:Simmer on medium high heat for about 7 minutes. Add a small amount of seasoned soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, black pepper. Add some cold boiled water ~ turn it down. Continue to cover and simmer

Cooking tips:It's better to burn the beans for a while. If you want to lose weight, you need to put less salt. You have skills in making delicious dishes.
