Stewed noodles with lentils, a traditional pasta, is prepared by steaming the thin noodles. Put the shredded meat and lentils into the oil pan and stir fry until the color changes. Add some water. When the lentils are six or seven times cooked, put the steamed noodles into the pan and stir them together. When the water is evaporated, dish them up and serve.
Step1:Find a cage drawer and put it on the frying pan (if there is no drawer, you can cross two chopsticks in the frying pan). Sprinkle the thin noodles evenly in the cage drawer. Cover the lid of the pan. Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. Put the noodles in the cage drawer into the pan. Put some cooking oil and stir them fully. Because the noodles are basically dry, you will feel that the noodles are dry before mixing. It seems that they are not cooked. Rest assured. They are already cooked.
Step2:Add more oil into the streaky pork (sliced meat can be thinner) and stir fry to get the oil. Use more oil on a small fire. Let's have some scallion, ginger and star anise together
Step3:Put the prepared beans in. And put in the appropriate soy sauce, salt, chicken essence. Stir fry the beans and meat until they are five or six ripe. Pour in some water. Just put the beans in place. (I think soy sauce can be put more properly. The color of the stewed noodles is good.
Step4:Stir fry as shown in the picture and pour in the boiling pot of water just after the bean cur
Step5:Leave some bottom soup after the pot is opened. Pour the remaining soup into a small bowl for standby. Spread the noodles on the lentils. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 1015 minutes (pour some soup in the small bowl into the pot every two minutes). Mix well with sesame oil and salt garlic before leaving the pot.
