Qingming Festival. One of the 24 solar terms. Qingtuan, green and oily green, waxy and soft, sweet and delicate, fragrant and refreshing. It has the smell of spring from color to taste. It is a seasonal food popular in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai during the Qingming period.
Step1:Wash the red beans and put them into the pot together with cold water. Turn the heat to high heat. When the water boils, add in the edible alkali powder. Turn the heat down. Cook slowly for 1 hour until it is crisp and rotten.

Step3:The next day, after thawing, squeeze out the water by hand.

Step5:Mix the dough quickly until it's translucent and grainless.
Step6:Put the cleaned Wormwood Leaves into the boiling water with baking soda. Blanch for 5 seconds. Remove. Drain and cool.
Step7:Put wormwood, wheatgrass and water into KitchenAid's magnetic driven multi-functional blender. Turn on juice mode. After the operation, filter out the green juice, refrigerate it and reserve it.

Step9:Take out the dough and put it on the operating table. Rub the long strips and cut them into 45g / piece. About 6 equal parts.
Step10:Put a little oil on the palm of your hand, rub the dough into a circle, press it into a flat circle, put in the filling, and wrap it into a green ball.
Step11:Add water into the pot. Boil it over high heat. Steam the dough for about 7 minutes. Turn off the heat, open the lid and cool it slightly. Brush the dough with vegetable oil.
