Step1:Chop ginger and onion separately. Set aside.

Cooking tips:1. The purpose of mixing cold water is to make the meat filling more tender. It doesn't need firewood to eat. 2. Stir fry the shrimps to get rid of the fishy smell. If you are in trouble, you can release the shrimps directly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
