Step9:Pour the fermented black rice paste into the remaining black rice paste. Stir well.
Step10:Then pour in the remaining sugar and mix well.
Step11:Cover the plastic film and put it into the oven for fermentation. Adjust the oven to the fermentation function. Set the temperature between 30 ℃ and 35 ℃. Set the time for 40 minutes.
Step12:There are obvious bubbles and holes on the surface of the black rice paste.
Step13:Brush a thin tasteless edible oil in the mould. Put the painted mould into the steamer.
Step14:Spoon the black rice paste into the mould. It's only eight minutes full.
