I always like to make bread with soup seed. It's more direct than Chinese seed, because I always forget to knead Chinese seed.
Step1:Mix the soup ingredients evenly. Heat over low heat until mush
Step2:Except butter, all ingredients of the main dough are put into the barrel of the toaster. Knead for 15 minutes and then add butter.
Step3:Knead for another 15 minutes. The dough will produce a solid film. The dough will be kneaded. Then it can be fermented.
Step4:The dough is twice as big as before. Fermentation is finished.
Step5:Take out the fermented dough and exhaust. Relax for 20 minutes. Evenly divide into three parts.
Step6:Roll the dough into a long tongue.
Step7:Roll up from top to botto
Step8:Roll the dough into the toast mold.
Step9:Put it in the oven and put a bowl of hot water beside it for secondary fermentation.
Step10:Heat up and down the oven for 150 degrees. Bake for 38 minutes.
Step11:The delicious toast is finished.
Cooking tips:Do not add the kneading liquid once. The water absorption of flour may be different. Please adjust the time and temperature according to your oven and mold. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
