Step1:Add some water to the pot. Add ginger slices and bring to a boil. Remove the head, neck and tip of the chicken. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Remove and let cool.
Step2:Cut ginger slices and parsley. Cut Chaotianjiao into small pieces. Change cilantro to knife. Tear chicken into chicken shreds for use.
