Step1:Soak the Hericium erinaceus in clear water. Change the water three times. Squeeze out the water when changing the water each time.
Step2:Chicken breast meat is frozen and diced. Add wine, starch, salt and white pepper and mix well.
Step3:Squeeze the Hericium erinaceus into dry water. Remove the root and dice. Cut the onion into sections for standby.
Step4:Vinegar, soy sauce, bean paste, salt and sugar are mixed into a sauce.
