I originally wanted to make an omelette. Later, I couldn't resist the temptation of hot curry rice.. So it's OK to sell cute things. Delicious food is the king.
Step1:Dice onions and carrots.

Step15:Add the mushrooms. Pour in the cream. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over medium heat..
Step16:It's time to cook vegetables. The fried steak is diced with a knife.
Step17:It's still raw. But it doesn't matter. It's cooked later. My steak is medium rare, so it suits me. Cut and steal it
Step18:There is still a small half of soup left in the cooking pot. You can leave more soup in proper amount. Leave some room
Step19:Stir fry the rice evenly. Cover with low heat for 2 minutes. Add in the cut steak. Stir well over medium heat. Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. (it depends on the dried soup. Generally, the soup is almost dry after the rice is served. If the beef is not cooked, add 1 to 2 tbsp of hot water and continue to cook. Avoid the dry paste pot.)
