Step1:Add water, ginger, star anise (one), salt and scallion to the pigeon. Put into the pressure cooker for 20 minutes and remove. Sprinkle a little salt and marinate.
Step2:Sprinkle a handful of dry rice in the pot. Pour in the oil that has not been used for rice. Add in the spices such as ginger, garlic, cinnamon, tea, lemon peel, etc. and preheat over low heat. Set up a grill in the pan.
Step3:Put the whole pigeon on the grill. Cover the pot and smoke it for 30 minutes. Brush honey water on the pigeon skin halfway to make the smoked pigeon attractive in color and crispy.
