Step1:Take the duck leg off the bon
Step2:Marinate duck meat with cooking wine, onion and ginger and salt for 30 minutes.

Step4:Take out the cooked duck meat roll. Put it in ice water and cool it. Coat the surface with sesame oil for standby.
Step5:Mix 1 teaspoon black vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons raw soy sauce and 2 teaspoons cooking wine into the sauce. Stir fry the chopped onion and garlic in the oil pan, then turn the heat to pour in the sauce. Turn on the heat and turn off the heat. Put the duck slices into the plate. Sprinkle with the black sesame powder. Pour in the onion and garlic juice.
