Step1:1. Wash the duck meat. Add ginger slices and water into the pressure cooker. Cook for 20 minutes and the duck meat will be soft and rotten. 2. Fry oil in wok, stir fry garlic and ginger in wok, stir fry the cooked duck meat (with some soup) in wok, add red pepper and pepper (cut the slanted section), add oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir fry and serve.
