Step1:Prepare dried sea cucumbe
Step2:Immerse in oil-free basin for 24 hours or so until there is no hard core in each sea cucumber. Change water for 3 to 4 times
Step3:Soaked sea cucumbe
Step4:Use scissors to cut through the opening. Remove the mouth. Clean each sea cucumber
Step5:Put the sea cucumber into a deep oil-free pot and add cold water (the water should be at least 10cm less than the sea cucumber) to cover the pot. Then follow the steps below: (1) boil the water in a large fire and turn it to a small fire for 20 minutes, then turn off the fire and simmer for 30 minutes; (2) continue to boil the sea cucumber in a small fire for 20 minutes and then turn off the fire and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step6:Take out the cooked sea cucumber and put it into an oil-free container. Pinch the parts on both sides of the sea cucumber's body wall by hand. Put the easily pinched sea cucumber into a cold water basin. After soaking for an hour, change the water and ice. Put it into the refrigerator. Change the water and ice every day and night. Soak it for 3 to 4 days.
Step7:This is a pickled sea cucumbe
Step8:Finally, wrap the pickled sea cucumber in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for freezing storage
