One day, my colleagues and I shared their experience in making this dish, so according to their favorite taste, this first attempt to fry the coupling started.
Step1:Wash the lotus root and cut it into thin slices. Leave a little connection between the two lotus roots. Make it into a lotus clip. If you are in trouble, cut off directly. Two pieces of similar size are counted as one lotus root clamp. Spare.
Step2:Add some soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, salt, ginger powder and an egg to the pork stuffing. Mix the stuffing in a clockwise direction until the stuffing is strong
Step3:Put a proper amount of meat filling into the lotus root folder evenly. Close the lotus root folder. Remove the meat filling on the edge of the lotus root folder
Step4:Add water to flour and make it into batter. The viscosity is similar to that of yogurt.
Step5:Put the oil in the pot. Heat it to medium heat. Dip the lotus root clip in the paste. Fry it in the oil until both sides are golden. Take it out and serve.
Cooking tips:Ps.1. I added an egg to the flour. It's just as you like. 2. Because I don't like the taste of onion in meat filling, I only put ginger powder. If you don't mind, you can also add some onion powder. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
