Step1:Prepare raw materials, instant pure coffee with hot water and cool.
Step2:Butter is chopped and softened at room temperature.
Step3:Add in the whole egg liquid six times. Add in the coffee and beat well.
Step4:Add sugar and salt and stir well.
Step5:Sift in the mixed powder and mix well with a scraper.
Step6:Add cashew nuts and cut into dough.
Step7:Wrap the plastic wrap and put it into the wooden biscuit mold for compaction. Put it into the refrigerator for 2 hours to freeze and finalize.
Step8:Take out and cut 0.8cm thick slice.
Step9:Put it in the middle layer of the oven which is preheated at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes and bake for about 15 minutes.
