Step1:Put the (cow WA) freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake into water and wake up for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Step2:Shred the lean meat, carrot, cabbage, green pepper. Spare.
Step3:Marinate lean meat with starch, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt.
Step4:Boil the noodles in boiling water. Drain them with cold water. Serve.
Step5:Heat the oil in the pot, put in the pickled lean meat, carrots, cabbage, green peppers and awaked (cow WA) freeze-dried matsutake mushroom in turn, stir fry for a while, put in the noodles, stir well, add some salt to taste, and then you can enjoy out of the pot.
