I found that there are only these ingredients left at home. I made a lazy version of braised rice with vegetables.
Step1:Cut sausages, onions, carrots and potatoes into small dices the size of green beans.
Step2:Pour oil into the bottom of the pot. (don't add too much. Just cover the bottom of the pot) first add the sausage. Stir up the sausage oil and fragrance. Then add the onion. Stir fry the onion to taste, then add the carrot (the carrot can only be nutritious after being fried with oil). Finally add the potatoes and green beans, stir twice, and add salt. Stir well with black pepper, a small amount of sugar and seafood soy sauce.
Step3:Put the washed rice into the pot. Put in some water and the fried ingredients. Water is a little more than when steamed rice. Wait 40 minutes. The rice cooker will start to bite.
