Step1:Put the frozen dumplings around the non stick pan layer by layer, and evenly sprinkle some spicy powder.
Step2:Add some cooking oil. A little more (pour over dumplings). Then fry over medium heat.
Step3:Fry until the bottom is a little yellow. Drain the water. Just don't miss the dumplings. Heat up.
Step4:Heat the pan until it's almost out of water. Sprinkle with shallots. Turn to medium low heat and continue to fry (keep the lid open).
Step5:Pan fry until golden at the bottom. Dish. Done.
