Step1:Wash beef liver. Soak in water for more than 30 minutes. Drain blood. Rinse again.
Step2:Beef liver slices. Add starch, salt and cooking wine.
Step3:Soak the fungus and wash it. Heat the pot and pour in oil. Stir fry it to make it ready. Take another small bowl. Pour in soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.
Step4:Hot pot. A little more oil. High heat. Stir fry the beef liver until it changes color. Add the fungus. Stir for a while. Pour in the seasoning. Stir over high heat. If the sauce is too much, add a small amount of starch to thicken it. Stir fry in high heat for a while and the pot will come out.
