I've been thinking for a long time about my excellent dish, spicy ginger, scallion and fried crab. I didn't put it into action because of the hot weather some time ago. A lot of eating friends don't know how to cook. The crab is often water and cotton with poor taste. In fact, it's very easy to stir fry crab. Follow my steps. Let your taste buds dance on the tip of your tongue.
Step1:Clean the flower and crab pieces. Break the crab feet with the back of the knife.
Step2:Prepare scallion, ginger, garlic and peppers. Cut them and put them in a dish for later use.
Step3:Put the crabs in the oil pan over medium heat and fry them (to remove the oil). Fry until golden, then fish them out for later use.
Step4:Stir fry ginger, scallion and garlic in the pot again. Stir fry the chili finally.
Step5:Then stir fry the crab with oil. Add two spoonfuls of wine and four spoonfuls of soy sauce. Stir fry with shallot.
Step6:Finally, thicken the cornflour with water and pour it into the pot. Collect the juice and get out of the pot.
Cooking tips:In fact, it's a very simple home cooking. It's just that the time for cleaning the flower crab in front is a little longer. Remember to pat some crab feet. It's delicious when fried. Pepper is added according to my own taste. I can't eat spicy food very much, but it's neither spicy nor fragrant. So I add a little prickly ash. Pepper can definitely increase your appetite in summer, and make your appetite open. The crab is cold. It can be eaten safely and boldly by neutralizing the hot food with chili and ginger.
