Stir fried tofu dishes with Chinese toon. The ingredients are simple and nutritious. The main ingredients are tofu, Chinese toon, vegetable oil and so on. Step1:Prepare toon and tofu.
Step2:Cut tofu. Blanch.
Step3:Blanch Chinese toon for about 1 minute. Cut into sections.
Step4:Sliced ginger. Sliced chilli.
Step5:Stir fry ginger and pepper with oil.
Step6:Add tofu and stir well. Add some seasoning water and salt and stir well.
Step7:Add in the Chinese toon and stir well (forget to pat it in the pot) and leave the pot.
