Step1:Flour with warm water and noodles. With chopsticks and into a floccule. Water to be a little bit. Add while mixing.

Step6:Add salt, pepper oil and five spices to carrot and potato shreds and mix well. If you like spicy food, you can also fry pepper oil with some chili powder.
Step7:Take out the dough and divide it into two parts. Take one of them and roll it into thin sheets.
Step8:Spread a proper amount of stuffing on the pastry. Leave space all around.
Step9:First fold the blank on both sides inward.
Step10:Fold it up again.
Step11:Put a proper amount of oil in the pan. Heat the oil and put it into the biscuit. Heat until both sides are golden and mature.
