The colorful bouquet is always so pleasant. But it's not very practical for me, a real foodie. After all, it can only be seen but not eaten. So today, I'm going to create a salad bouquet that can be seen or eaten. And it's very simple to make. It's so simple that you can stamp your feet.
Step1:I use two waste magazines and a bouquet of silicone pape
Step2:Lay a piece of silicone paper on the top of the waste magazine. Fold the bottom edge of the magazine in half to form an inverted triangle
Step3:Chrysanthemum, lettuce and colorful tomato should be cleaned and water controlled for standby
Step4:Cut the apple into slices and roll it up. Fix it with toothpicks. Put a small tomato in the middle as the flower core
Step5:Soak the apple in water with lemon juice for 10 to 15 minutes
Step6:Clean the sharp pepper, remove the tail and cut into strips for standby
Step7:Use a scalpel to scrape the melon into thin slices for standby
Step8:The colored tomato is fixed in the vegetable bouquet with toothpicks
Step9:First lay a layer of lettuce on the bottom layer, then a layer of kuju. Put flowers and apples in the middle. Put some sharp pepper strips in the gaps. Take melon slices and colorful tomatoes as ornaments. Finally, tie the bouquet with a ribbon
Step10:Then we'll make a simple salad juice. Add raw soy sauce and dark plum to the Japanese Sesame Salad Sauce and stir it for a while
Step11:The beautiful bouquet is finished.
Step12:Not only can you see but also eat.
Cooking tips:A. the color tomato is not fixed well because it is round, so I use toothpick to fix it. It will be much stronger and more convenient to eat; B. the apple is easy to be oxidized when it is cut open, so I use water with lemon juice to soak it to prevent oxidation and blackening; C. considering the clean and healthy problems, I use baked silicone paper inside the packaging paper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
